New Leaf Home Care was founded from a shared calling to serve others with compassion, dignity, and excellence. As a husband and wife team, Todd and Caroline built this company not just as a business, but as a ministry of care rooted in faith, service, and genuine love for people.
Our faith is the foundation of everything we do. We believe each person has inherent worth and purpose, and that belief guides our work, our leadership, and our relationships. We also believe that exceptional care begins with supported caregivers. That is why we prioritize the wellbeing, encouragement, and value of our team, knowing that when caregivers are cared for, clients receive the attentive and heartfelt support they deserve.
We started New Leaf Home Care because we saw a need for care that is more personal, more trustworthy, and more deeply rooted in compassion. Our hope is that every family we serve experiences peace of mind, every client feels honored, and every interaction reflects the heart behind our name: a fresh start, a new season, a New Leaf.

About The Treadways
Todd is a veteran whose heart for serving others grew deeply during his time in the Army as a medic. Walking alongside people in vulnerable moments shaped his passion for compassionate, hands-on care. Today, his desire is to continue serving in the field he loves by helping individuals receive quality care right where they are most comfortable, in their own homes. His military background continues to shape the way he leads, with discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility toward every family we serve.
Caroline brings years of ministry experience with people of all ages and walks of life, along with a deep passion for making sure every person feels fully seen and known, no matter their story or circumstance. Together, Todd and Caroline intentionally cultivate a culture where clients and caregivers alike are treated with compassion, respect, and personal attention. Their shared heart for people is what shapes every decision, every relationship, and every standard of care at New Leaf Home Care.
